We recently spent two nights at this lovely hotel. Check-in was very easy at their sister hotel as we arrived a little later than planned. We met Federica and she is such a lovely, warm, welcoming woman. It was my birthday so she upgraded our room which was a really kind gesture. The location was great for us. The rooftop is wonderful both day and night. As a female travelling with my teenage daughter, we felt very safe which is important to me. We did not hear any noise from our room which was the room with steps to a mezzanine level. I requested an iron and ironing board and it was left in our room while we were out so was ready for us when we got back. The cleaning was of a high standard with lovely white fresh towels every day. Loved the shower in our bathroom! Check-out was easy too. We left our luggage in the sister hotel where it was tagged and looked after until we collected it later in the day. We spend a lot of time in Florence, normally in an Airbnb, but now we will always stay here every time. Top tip. Instead of instinctively turning left when leaving the building to go into the historical centre, turn right. In a few steps you will find a lovely caffe on the corner of Piazza San Marco. The location was perfect in my opinion. It was right in the center of Florence and we were able to walk around and get to places around the city pretty easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was enough for us two since we just needed a place to sleep and keep our stuff in, and we spent the majority of the day outside exploring the city. Again, the location was very convenient because of the stores and restaurants around the area and how easy it was to access these places by just walking. The check out process was perfect as well and we got to meet the person that ran the hotel, she was very nice and super understanding. Again, we got what we payed for and it was not anything special, perfect place to just sleep and keep your belongings in especially if the main objective of your trip is to go out and explore all day or night.

We were very satisfied with the comfort of the rental, the warm and welcoming hospitality, and the impeccable cleanliness of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. There is honestly nothing we can think of that could have improved our stay — everything was perfect. Although the hotel is not the classic, 5 star experience you would expect, it's a lovely hotel with a lot of character. The location is brilliant, very central and close to the Galleria dell’Accademia, and about 10 minutes from the Florence Cathedral. It's in an old building, and feels like a bunch of apartments rather than your regular Hilton. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was spotless. It was a lovely stay and we had a great time. Each room had a coffee machine and kettle, which was great.

The room, the price, the location, and the staff - all were excellent. It's within 5-10 minutes walk to some of the most important tourist attractions in Florence. The staff is absolutely brilliant, they're so helpful and nice. The price was great - although we visited in January, so maybe this doesn't always apply in peak season. The room was clean, spacious enough, and had its own (large) bathroom. Would def recommend this! Plus, the roof terrace has a cool view of the cathedral, especially at night and it's available for all guests.
